Measurements Policy

Customers are responsible for accurately measuring their heads and providing the correct measurements (if applicable). Please keep in mind the density and length of your hair can alter the fit and size of your wig. Measure you head wearing your hair the same way you would wear it under your wig.

Jazay Works is not responsible for wigs that do not fit properly due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our wig size guide or contact us for virtual assistance prior to purchase.
