REFUNDS 

Sale items are final sale. 

Refunds are not available at this time but you can do a store credit.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn.

• The original tag is still attached.

• The lace on the wig remains uncut.

• Wig must be in its original condition when purchased.

Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are not accepted at this time. Store credits will be issued for accepted returned items at the price of item minus a 2o% to 30% restock fee. 

Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
