We want you to feel ready for your appointment, from booking to pickup. Take a moment to review the details below before sending your request. If anything is unclear, we’re happy to help.
SIX NOTES · READ AT YOUR OWN PACE
The Saturday Edit is offered by appointment on Saturdays only. Available drop-off times are 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Submit your service request with the required information and photos. If approved, you will receive a booking/payment link. Your appointment is secured once you pay the $40 deposit; approval alone does not hold your time. Each appointment accommodates one service.
Listed prices are starting rates and may vary based on the requested service, condition of your hair or wig, and approved enhancements. We collect a $40 deposit through the booking/payment link after your request is approved. You may pay the remaining service balance in cash at pickup, before we release your completed wig or extensions. Any additional preparation or service charges will be explained and approved before the work is performed.
For wig creation, client-provided extensions must be clean, completely dry, detangled, and ready for use. When applicable, clients supply hair extensions and closures. An additional preparation fee may apply if the hair arrives unprepared and there is enough time to accommodate the work; you must approve any fee before work begins. Cut & Style services require a cleaned, ready-to-style wig. Bundle Detox suitability depends on hair condition. Clear, well-lit photos are required for every request; final eligibility may depend on a virtual assessment.
Minor alterations, such as light lace plucking, are available as an approved enhancement starting at $35. We do not perform extensive lace customization or knot bleaching during Saturday same-day appointments. Knot bleaching starts at $85 and must be arranged separately in advance. Text us at 469-708-9583 or email us at info@jazayworks.com. Not every closure is suitable for bleaching or plucking; eligibility depends on hair type, knot size, and closure quality.
Please arrive at your confirmed drop-off time of 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. A 15-minute grace period applies. If you anticipate a delay, contact us promptly by text or email; same-day services operate on a limited schedule, and late arrivals affect completion times. Drop-offs arriving after the grace period are not guaranteed to be accepted. If we can still complete your service and agree to accept the late drop-off, we'll add a late fee to your invoice. We’ll review the updated total with you at drop-off and ask you to acknowledge it before we begin. Your remaining balance, including the late fee, is due in cash at pickup. If we cannot accept your late drop-off, we may treat your appointment as a missed appointment under the cancellation policy. Communication is key in situations like this. Standard pickup is 5:00–7:00 PM; we may discuss an earlier pickup time, but it is not guaranteed. Pickup after 7:00 PM If you’re running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the next step. Pickup after 7:00 PM is not guaranteed. If we can't accommodate pickup that evening, we’ll arrange another day based on availability. Please confirm any alternative pickup date and time with us.
All $40 appointment deposits are nonrefundable.
Need to make a change? If your appointment is at least 24 hours away, please cancel or reschedule through the same booking system you used to pay your deposit. For example, you must make changes to a Saturday 10:00 AM appointment by Friday at 10:00 AM to meet the 24-hour notice requirement.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, we may transfer your deposit to another available Saturday appointment or issue it as store credit, subject to approval and availability. Neither option is guaranteed until confirmed.
If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact us directly by text or email to discuss your change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this period, as well as no-shows, result in forfeiture of the deposit without transfer or store credit.
